Logos, and colours can be specified. We can customise/personalise all our products.

We may use hot foil printing, serigraphy, a tool insert engraving (only for boxes Ref 130_ ;120_; 950_ _, series 1000 and 2000), or even barcoding or RFID.

Hot foil printing

This process is only possible for quantities greater than 100 units.

Just send us a logo or text and we produce a die stamp block to create a single colour permanent impression on the box. This customization creates a long-lasting graphic, suitable for frequent washing at high temperatures in food environments.

Silk screen printing

Serigraphy is ideal for larger graphics in round buckets, or boxes; and it allows for great definition.

2-colour printing on boxes is only possible by silk screen printing.

On buckets, it allows us to print up to 4 colours.

Moulded-in/ tool insert engraving

This process is used to create a permanent graphic. For quantities larger than 500 boxes, it is possible to produce with an engraved tool (without colour).

The graphic is applied to the box during the moulding process. Integrating the graphics into the product surface during the manufacturing process. This process is used to create a permanent graphic for large-scale production runs.

Barcoding or RFID

Uniquely numbered barcoding (labels) provides instant identification of boxes and its contents and makes it easier to track the distribution chain.

Upon request, barcodes can be placed on multiple sides of the box, making the scanning process easier as they are easily visible from various angles.

Colours

Production in non-standard colours is possible upon request, provided that the ordered quantities justify it (depending on the complexity of mould setup in the machine).

We have a wide selection of masterbatches in various colours to meet the needs of different clients.

For projects requiring a specific colour in RAL or Pantone standards, if we do not have the desired colour in our masterbatches, we will do our utmost to find a solution. However, this process takes longer and involves additional costs. This requires consultation with various manufacturers to check the availability of the requested masterbatch. If no manufacturer has the desired colour, it will be necessary to colour-match, produce a laboratory sample, and conduct testing.

Therefore, we always recommend considering our standard colour palette as a practical and cost-effective solution.
